Q: Can I reach you after hours?
A: We understand that the level of customer service has declined across the board in all industries and this
is extremely frustrating. All clients and tenants will be provided with specifics as to who they should
contact when depending on the situation. All maintenance requests directed through the proper channels
will be handled both during and after business hours. All other inquiries/concerns will be handled as
promptly as possible. Our focus is to provide an exceptional level of customer service and we understand
that being responsive is an integral factor in meeting that goal.
Q: Can you put the money directly into my account?
A: Yes, the rent collection and distribution process is automated.
Q: Do you sell real estate too?
A: Yes, we do assist buyers, sellers and investors with the purchase or sale of real estate.
Q: How and when do I get my checks?
A: This is automated and specifics are addressed in our property management agreement.
Q: How long of a lease do you sign?
A: We strive for a lease period of 12 months or more unless a landlord has a unique situation that might allow for a shorter time period.
Q: How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
A: This is dependent upon the monthly rent of the home a tenant is interested in.
Q: How soon can you start managing my property?
A: Contact our firm today to set up an appointment to get started and for a team member to view your property. Oftentimes we can set up meetings and begin the process quickly to limit down time and to get it rented quickly.
Q: What type of properties do you manage?
A: We typically manage single family homes in our local area however we would encourage you to contact our office if
